Jacques Alexandre François Allix de Vaux (Percy, 21 December 1768 – Bazarnes, 26 January 1836)
Enrolling as a second lieutenant in the artillery on 1 March 1792, he fought in the Revolutionary Wars and in the Second Italian Campaign as a brigade chief. He participated in the Saint-Domingue expedition, then passed into Westphalian service in 1808. He came back to France in 1813 and the following year was appointed lieutenant general. He participated in the Hundred Days.
